has become a staple in the film Production Industry.
Our facilities include trucks and crews that service
multiple locations for film, television, commercial
and music video companies.
Full service hot entrée foods provide your
crews a variety of choices everyday with the flavor
and pizzazz that Rancho is famous for.
This package includes sample menus (see below)
of our culinary creations that reflect influence
from the South, Mexican, Thai, Asian and Mediterranean
cuisines.
Our menus are flexible and we're always happy
to respond to your crews needs including food
sensitivities, special requests, as well as our

Donnie
Blais (Chef/Owner)
A music impresario, nightclub owner and overall
mover and shaker in the music industry, Donnie always
dreamed of owing a Mexican restaurant.
That dream came true for him in the late nineties
when he opened Rancho Relaxo on College St. in downtown
Toronto. Here he could hone his culinary skills
and live out his chef/restaurateur reverie.
It was through Rancho that his first opportunity
to cater a music video launched him into the film
catering industry.
Many years later, Rancho Relaxo Location Catering
is a favorite among film industry crews and famous
for the fresh flavor filled meals we provide. |
Les
Garant (Chef de Cuisine)
Les started in food service managing a small vegetarian
restaurant at York University. He would then travel
through many kitchens including the McMicheal Art
Collection Restaurant and Choice Children's Catering.
He changed his focus in the nineties when he became
the manager of The Big Carrot Vegetarian Deli. This
is where he developed his knowledge of natural and
organic foods and specifically vegetarian cuisine.
Radio and television appearances helped to popularize
Les throughout the vegetarian/natural foods community.
He joining Rancho Relaxo has brought new life to
the menu with his love of Thai and Asian foods as
well as his training in French cuisine. |
